1. Business and scope
SS CLOUD 7 / Tamil OTT is operated under the trade name SRI SAI ELECTRONICS, a sole proprietorship of Sundar E, Chozharaja Covil Street, Ozhugunasery, Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu - 629001, India. Merchant-provided GSTIN: 33BXGPS3740F1ZJ. Verify GST registration status and legal trade name against official records before publication. These Terms apply to access to our website and the described digital streaming services.
2. Customer accounts
Provide accurate registration details, safeguard your account and OTP, and use channels only in accordance with the package assigned to your User ID. Do not redistribute streams or bypass content access controls.
3. Packages and term
The listed plans are SD Channels ₹120 for 30 days and HD Channels ₹150 for 30 days. The enabled lineup, device requirements and any applicable taxes must be clearly shown before payment; access starts from the recorded activation date and expires according to the confirmed subscription expiry. Additional channels, if available, may cost extra.
4. Payments and credits
Payment is subject to successful verification. Admin service credits are restricted to eligible internal activations and are not cash, transferable funds, or a regulated PhonePe wallet. Gateway-based collection for credits remains subject to payment-provider approval. No wallet balance is credited until a payment is verified.
5. Renewal, access and service
Auto-renewal, if offered, is disabled by default unless an account explicitly enables it. Services are digital; no shipping applies. Channel availability may be affected by licensing, network outages and other third-party factors.
6. Cancellations, disputes and contacts
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. For support write to cloudtamil7@gmail.com. Issues may be escalated within 24 hours. Your applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Intellectual property and lawful distribution
Access is limited to content for which the service has the required rights and permissions. SS CLOUD 7 does not claim rights to third-party channel content merely because it is listed or displayed.
8. Governing law and updates
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts under applicable law. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
