How long are the SD and HD plans valid?
SD costs ₹120 and HD costs ₹150, each valid for 30 days from activation.
How is my subscription delivered?
It is a digital service. Once eligibility and payment are confirmed, access is managed through your registered Customer User ID.
Is admin wallet money the same as PhonePe Wallet?
No. It is an internal SS CLOUD 7 service-credit balance and must not be represented as a regulated PhonePe Wallet. Use of a payment gateway for such credits requires provider approval.
Can I request a refund?
Refer to the Refund & Cancellation page. For digital services, unactivated orders may be cancelled within 48 hours; see the policy for activated-access exceptions.
